The main important things is

NAP stands for Non-attacking-policy. And consists of the TOP10 alliances, this list is ongoing work, but as of this writing it looks like below.

NAP4 – Council of the Kingdom, these are to ones discussing the ruleset that apply’s for everyone, during peace times, this is very handy as it ensure all plays by the same rules.

NAP10 – Rules for all members of the Kingdom

  1. No attacks on NAP10 castles, tiles, or flags.,
  2. No blocking or circling of facilities.,
  3. Relics/facilities prioritised for Top3,
  4. No HQ attacks during war – keep it fair.,
  5. Max retaliation: 1 rally + 3 solos.,
  6. Abuse, racial slurs and offensive remarks will count as attacks,
  7. Report rule breaks to R4/R5.,
  8. 24hrs to reply – no reply = guilt.,
  9. Only R4/R5 can approve revenge attacks.
  10. any larger disputes must be discussed in NAP10 chat

Punishment

Proposal on NAP city attack punishment: 2025-12-22

  1. Written apology to victim
  2. RSS repayment (3x the value that you stole)
  3. 1x city attack = 1 x rally on you
    2x city attack = 2x rally on you 3x city attack = 3x rally on you More attacks = getting zeroed and kicked from all NAP 7 alliances
  4. Serve prison sentence of 3 days in castle jail

If failed to comply with any of the points above, the alliance can launch 3x rallies on you.

The things in small writing

Also it is considered good style to “orientate”, by viewing the “alliance” Notice of the alliance, you are about to interact with. See if they have allys, they protect etc.

If you wanna attack an alliance outside of NAP10, because they violate your territory, reach out warn them. If they fail to comply after 24 hours. HIT IT

This also means, that IF you run an alliance you are expected to keep that “notice” fairly updated, with the agreements you have.
